What I'll be posting about.

Hey Y'all!

Hope everyone is having a fabulous Halloween Eve! I'm excited for tomorrow & bummed out all at the same time. It supposed to rain all day & my babies might not get to Trick or Treat! I hope for their sake it doesn't. Ah! Who am I kidding for mine cause I want to see them all dressed up & cute!! Anywhoot...

Y'all might be wondering what will I be posting about aside from my weight loss. Well I will be posting my meals I eat on the daily & any links to recipes I may use to make them. I will also be doing my weekly weigh-ins & update as to any changes. As you go on this journey with me, I will be also be letting you know of food finds that I find at the grocery store that you might like & let you know ahead of time if we liked it or not her at home. I know how hard it is to find yummy stuff while you are dieting. I also want to give you all the info so, that you don't go out & buy something that's is not good, cause who has money to spend on nasty food? Not me!! Especially with the way the economy is right now. Aside from all that who wants to use their points on something that wasn't even worth it & still have to eat 0PP things as filler cause your snack was nasty & non-filling.  So I will show you pics of things I find & tell you what their Point Plus is & if it was a yeah or neah.

As I said in the beginning I am following the Weight Watchers plan, but unfortunately because money is tight here I'm not actually going to WW or WW meetings. Although the 1at chance I can I will sign myself up for the online WW app, it is a really handy tool to have. It's way easier to track everything there than manually. How am I able to follow WW plan? Well remember I was with WW awhile back & still have all the literature they gave me 1st go around so I'm just following that. Plus I kinda still have it all in memory, didn't forget all the info I learned.
