So today is when I start to post everything I eat & such on my blog so that I can stop harassing my friends with my Weight-loss journey on Instagram. I know theire are some who are not interested in what I ate that day or if I cheated or any of that jazz. lol
From the actual date that I started this blog & it going live, 2 weeks have already passed. I have had 2 weigh ins already! At my 1st weigh-in I was 190.2 that means I lost 4.8lbs!! Yea, for me! My current weigh in today is...186.8lbs, I lost 3.4lbs. Not as much as last week, but I know that as I progress I will be losing less & less. IDK why that it, but that just how it goes, at least that's how it goes for me.
Beside, I know I didn't lose a lot last week because I was bad, last Sunday we made BBQ. Do you know what a Mexican BBQ has? Everything!!! Lets see if I can remember ribs, both pork & beef, fajitas beef of course, sausage links, chicken wings & jalapeno poppers & that was just the main food as sides I made potato salad & Mexican rice, guacamole & salsa. That was just for 3 people needless to say we had a lot of leftovers I had to creative with & use during the week. Then on Wednesday was my brothers birthday so another bad day. We had homemade Lasagna made by my daddy with salad & garlic bread of course & not to mention Birthday Cake!
Don't get me wrong I accounted for each & every point, but I could have made better choices I just choose not to! I'm sorry, I'm human & I want to eat what everyone else is eating. That's why I normally just make everyone eat what I eat so I don't get tempted. Because in the beginning believe you me it's hard. Then we also have those day where you miscalculate something & it throws your day off, like think that a Bag Soup is 7PP when it was actually 14PP & you only are left with 3PP for dinner!! SMH Lastly Halloween CANDY!! Ha, ha, ha! It all got me!! Oh, well can't dwell time to push forward. Although I was bad last week please be aware that all Points were accounted for & I did not go over, but then again I had extra activity points I had earned. So, if it hadn't been for that I would have been over. Thank God for activity Points!
Now for breakfast I choose to have something quick & simple. We where running late today IDK why if we had gained that extra hour, but we did! My high school kid went to school late & the grandkids well they where on time, so at least that was in our favor.

1 1/2c of Strawberry Frosted Mini Wheats, 7PP
1 Banana Sliced, 0PP
1 Cup of Vanilla Flavored Almond Milk, 1PP
TOTAL for BREAKFAST: 8PP
Leaving me with 19PP for the rest of the day.

Malt O Meal Strawberry Cream Mini Spooners 1 cup = 5PP
I like these, when I was younger I couldn't stand them. Ever since they made the frosted ones I'm all about them now.
Almond Breeze Unsweetened Almond Flavor 1cup= 1PP
Y'all don't know this about me,but ever since I was a baby I hated milk. So I hardly ate cereal just so I didn't have to deal with milk, but with this I drank all that was leftover in my bow that I normal throw away! So a big 👍🏼 on that for me!
Banana's this is my go to fruit that I use as a filler when I think whatever I'm going to eat is not enough. I love them!
That's all for my morning post, probably won't be posting again until tonight my baby girl has a Dr appt for her 2nd Flu Shot. (my poor baby)
