Today was a very eventful & tiring day, wash day! Along with household chores & being a taxi, I am beyond tired. Wish I could tell you that everything got done, but it didn't. Tomorrow is another day. Any Whoot! Here are my meals for the day.
Breakfast was simple & fast. I choose this because I had notice that I really haven't been eating my bagel thins so wanted to make use of them. I also had a fruit salad with some whip on the side.
1 Bagel Thin 3PP
1 Egg 3PP
1 Slice of /Bacon 2PP
1 Slice of Cheese 1PP
Strawberries 0PP
Blueberries 0PP

TOTAL 9PP (leaving me with 18PP)
6 Yogurt & Berries Rice Cakes 2PP

Ok so I tried these Rice Cakes the kids didn't like them & they said they smelt like throw up. lol I personally am OK with the taste of them, the kids are right though they do smell funny in the bag. I guess it's the fact that they are made with yogurt that makes them smell. Would I buy these again? No, I don't think so for the amount of point they are I would rather use them on something else.
Dinner once again was a Recipe for Skinny Taste it is her Broiled or Grilled Pollo Sabroso, macaroni & cheese, corn with green beans. The chicken was really good Skinny Taste is 3 for 3 with us. lol The only thing I would do different next time is serve this chicken with rice. I think that would better complement this chicken. Very moist & flavorful.
