Tonight's Dinner

Good Evening Everyone!

Since I started this journey I have been doing a lot of researching on good recipes that the whole family will like & well the one I used tonight is a keeper! Both of the kids ate it & I liked it too! Leftovers are packed up for the hubby to enjoy as his lunch tomorrow.

We really enjoyed this recipe. It's our 2nd recipe from Skinny Taste that we try that we like! We will absolutely keep trying her recipes. 

I also had these Town House Flatbread Crisps as a side 8 crisps, 2PP

Now for this I was very disappointed on the size. The picture on the box is very misleading I guess they zoomed it in. In actuality the crisps are half the size of the crisp on the box. Aside from that I enjoyed them very much, taste was wonderful & I'm all about crispy things & this delivered exactly that. Although I liked it, I'm not sure if I will buy this again. Makes me wonder if the pita one is just as small too, hmm inquiring mind would like to know. Guess I'll have to try that next, maybe.

I also had one of the little guys as a snack as I was making dinner. It was just there staring at me from the basket. So I gave in, I was good though & only ate 1 although I wanted another.

This is what I used for my dessert, Kroger Brand Whipped topping. I buy the store brand because it's a whole lot less expensive than the name brand. The name brand one was over $4 & the Kroger Brand was under $2! I do not taste a difference between the two, so I'm stick with Store Brand. For the Jello I used the Snack Pack just because it was on sale they where a $1 a pack of 6! Awesome price I think for a 0PP snack!!! Even my kids eat them they can't tell a difference between the regular sugar one to the SF.
