Well today was kind of a repeat of yesterday, the only difference is I use English muffins. We only had two left & since I had my High Schooler home sick from school. I figured this would be a good time to use the last two. I also did a side of strawberries & bananas for myself , good thing I did cause my little one ate half of that. IDK why but she always finds eating off my plate yummier. Crazy little girl.

Let me be honest with everyone I didn't finish all my fruit I was still full from last nights dinner. Eating that 2nd piece of chicken was too much for me. It would have been better if I just ate a light dessert later that night. I feel that's a plus though for me that I can recognize that I did that & now because of it in going to do better at portioning myself. That has alway been my down fall now that I measure everything I notice I use to serve myself way to much. If what they say is true we can stretch our stomach out than mine was stretched & good to know mine is shrinking cause I was miserable about 3:30am this morning.
Anyway I'm off to start my household duties & also trying to find a WW friendly recipe for dinner.
